Privacy policy
When you request a valuation of your dental practice or join the buyer list, your name, contact details and answers go to a HubSpot account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites. The collections and SDE or EBITDA figures you type into the estimator stay in your browser unless you carry them into the request form.

What happens to the details you enter?
Valuation requests. When you request a valuation of your dental practice, the form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, state, revenue range for the last 12 months, number of locations and number of dentists, plus the practice website if you give it. The form is HubSpot's own embedded form: your browser sends your answers straight to a HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites.
With your answers, HubSpot receives your IP address and the page you sent the form from, and its form script may set cookies it needs to run the form, such as a bot-protection cookie. Wraith Brokerage, LLC uses the information to prepare the valuation of your practice and contact you about it, and otherwise as described in Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy.
The estimator. The dental practice value estimator works out its range in your browser. It does not send or store the collections and SDE or EBITDA figures you type or your number of dentists and locations. The same goes for your answers about how much of the dentistry you produce yourself, how your hygiene department runs and where your revenue comes from.
When it shows a range, the site records an analytics event with the type of practice and whether you used SDE or EBITDA. If you continue to the request form, your collections figure becomes the matching revenue range and your number of dentists and locations carry over. They reach HubSpot only when you submit that form. The valuation guide explains how the estimator turns your numbers into a range.
Buyer list. If you want to buy a dental practice, the form on the dental practice buyer list page is Wraith Brokerage's own buyer registration form, run by HubSpot. It asks for your name and email, the kind of buyer you are, the funds you have available and how you would finance a purchase, among other details. What you enter goes straight to the same HubSpot account and does not pass through this site's server. When the form loads, HubSpot's form script sets a bot-protection cookie.
Do the forms ask for patient information?
No. Neither form asks for patient information, and neither does the estimator. Please do not put patient names, charts, radiographs or ledgers into a form here, or into an email to info@dentalexitgroup.com. The guide to selling a dental practice covers how HIPAA and state law treat patient records when you sell. Confirm with healthcare counsel what goes to a buyer, and when.
What do the analytics tools record?
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to see which pages are read. Google Analytics also records some actions on its own: how far you scroll, clicks on links to other sites, file downloads, and when you start or submit a form such as the estimator. The site also records four steps as events in both Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics:
- starting the valuation request form, with the revenue range if one is already selected;
- submitting it, with the revenue range and the number of dentists;
- getting a range from the estimator, with the type of practice and whether you used SDE or EBITDA;
- registering as a buyer.
This site's code does not put your name, email address, phone number or the collections and earnings figures you type into these four events.
Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast each page loads. Vercel, which hosts the site, receives your IP address with each request and may record it in its request logs. This site's own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; any cookies come from the services named on this page.
Who receives your information?
What Wraith Brokerage, LLC does with your details after HubSpot receives them is covered by Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy. Details about your practice are not shared with prospective buyers, whether another dentist or a DSO, without your permission.
How do you make a privacy request?
You can ask for a copy of the information you sent, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to be contacted again, as a practice owner or as a buyer. Email info@dentalexitgroup.com with the subject line “Privacy request”.
